The North Lake Shore subdivision is a neighborhood approaching 200 households and growing and is a beautiful collection of single family homes located adjacent to Lake Springfield in a quiet section of Springfield, Illinois. North Lake Shore prides itself in being a well maintained, family oriented, professional and active community members. Our community is conveniently close to shopping stores, great restaurants, major highways, center of town and several parks featuring a pleasant wooded area and a walking and biking path as well as water activities at and near Springfield Lake and Marina.

Minutes away from the University of Illinois at Springfield and Lincoln Land Community College.
The elementary through high school students in our neighborhood attend the Ball Chatham School District, one of the best school systems in the state of Illinois.
